Pink Floyd - Comfortably Numb - pulse concert performance 1994
The Division Bell Tour 1994
Live at London's Earls Court / PPV
4:53 - Solo
The Miracle Of 432Hz,
Most music worldwide has been tuned to A=440 Hz since the International Standards Organization (ISO) promoted it in 1953. However, studies regarding the vibratory nature of the universe indicate that this pitch is disharmonious with the natural resonance of nature and may generate negative effects on human behaviour and consciousness. Certain theories even suggest that the nazi regime has been in favor of adopting this pitch as standard after conducting scientific researches to determine which range of frequencies best induce fear and aggression. Whether or not the conspiracy is factual, interesting studies and observations have pointed towards the benefits of tuning music to A=432 Hz instead.
432 Hz is said to be mathematically consistent with the patterns of the universe. Studies reveal that 432hz tuning vibrates with the universe's golden mean PHI and unifies the properties of light, time, space, matter, gravity and magnetism with biology, the DNA code and consciousness. When our atoms and DNA start to resonate in harmony with the spiraling pattern of nature, our sense of connection to nature is magnified.

I have some disorders in my nervous system, so that I take some medicines to control them. And sometimes I watch this video over and over again as an add medicine, and most of the time I get goosebumps, I think it is the positive effect of this medicine (video) on me. Greetings from Brazil!

I like the live version best from the reissued Delicate Sound of Thunder. Essentially the same but the camera is up close so you can see everything Gilmour is doing with his guitar. Pink Floyd, what a gift to the world.

That second solo is honestly the greatest guitar piece I have ever heard. The feeling while listening makes me know I'll never hear better. It's a world of emotions without a single lyric. How???? His creation here is a musical gift from the universe to all of humanity.

How can this crowd be sitting down like a church service? They should have been standing the entire time. Fantastic performance, never to be accomplished again. Especially with a piss poor showing.

I believe the only reason this version is so popular is because of the film documentary. I have heard this song twice live. Heard many many other renditions. And this one is really subpar. Vocally it's a bit off, musically is a bit meh. Rest assured, if you were lucky enough to be in the audience, it would have been life affecting. But in retrospect and in cold analysis, far better recordings out there.

Well, as I said, if you were at the concert, it was undoubtedly life affecting. But if you listen to it after the fact with a critical ear, instead of blind faith and passion, its simply not a top tier rendition. @@chelinde
